GERMANY

DHL: 6€ on orders under 150€ and FREE SHIPPING over 150€ except for heavy goods such as benches.

EUROPEAN UNION

DHL: 9,5€ on orders under 150€ and FREE SHIPPING over 150€ except for heavy goods such as benches.

2. Shipping and handling charges

Please note that shipping and handling charges include more than just postage. They also cover transportation insurance, personnel costs for shipping employees and packaging. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.

3. Delivery time

We do our best to make sure your products arrive at your door as quickly as possible.

All products are shipped from Germany. From the receipt of order and payment, the delivery takes up to 7-10 working days to arrive.

4. Payment

Our payments options include all major credit cards, bank transfer, as well as PayPal.

5. Return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund process

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
